Anchor Your Mission & Methods: Thrive in a Changing World

We live in a time of unprecedented change. Technology, especially AI, is reshaping what work looks like, what skills are valuable, and even how we define ourselves. But as followers of Christ, we have a timeless anchor in the midst of change: our mission in God’s kingdom.

1. Identity Beyond Work - Work alone cannot sustain our identity or purpose. When automation and technology shift the economic landscape, it can feel like our significance is at stake. The Bible reminds us that our ultimate identity is not in our work, accomplishments, or social status - it is in Christ.
