In Matthew 18:10–14, Jesus reveals the heart of our God for the one who wanders. Through the parable of the lost sheep, He shows a Shepherd who actively seeks, pursues, and rejoices over the one who is found. This sermon unpacks Jesus’ warning not to “despise one of these little ones” and what it means to value people the way God does.
Matthew 18 reminds us that no one is insignificant in the kingdom of heaven. The Father’s will is clear: that none should perish, but that each would be brought back into His care.
It calls us to reflect the heart of the Shepherd—pursuing the wandering, rejoicing in repentance, and treating every person with gospel-shaped value.
Watch the sermon here and be encouraged to align your heart with the LORD's pursuit of His wandering sheep.
