The Kingdom Has Come – Matthew 4:1–17

Matthew 4:1–17 marks a turning point in Jesus’ ministry. Following His baptism, Jesus is led into the wilderness to face temptation, where He remains faithful where Israel, and all of us, have failed. Emerging from the wilderness, Jesus begins His public ministry with a clear and urgent message: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

In this message, I walk through Jesus’ victory over temptation, His trust in the Word of God, and the significance of His move into Galilee as the fulfillment of prophecy. This passage calls us to see Jesus as the obedient Son and to respond to His kingdom announcement with repentance, faith, and hope.

Watch here and be encouraged by the faithfulness of Christ and the nearness of God’s kingdom.
